At Duck n Goose Co., we want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Non-returnable items include custom orders, gift cards, and sale items.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact us at info@duckandgooseco.com to initiate the return process.
2. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Pack the item securely, and attach the provided label to the package.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

• We are happy to exchange items if they are damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@duckandgooseco.com for assistance with exchanges.

Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
